Music Together Class Descriptions
Mixed Ages Class (Class type: MAC)
Newborn to 5 years, with adults
Children
of mixed ages participate at their own level by singing, moving,
chanting, listening, and exploring musical instruments. Adults,
regardless of musical ability, find it fun and easy to help create an
environment that supports any child in achieving basic music
competence.
Advanced Class I (Class type: AC-I)
Ages 4 and 5, without adults
Children aged 4 to 5 who have completed previous semesters of Music
Together are invited to join this special new Music Together offering.
Give your child an opportunity to enhance and build their rhythmic and
tonal skills through creative large movement, singing, and instrument
play. Participants must be four years by the first day of class. Adults
are encouraged to participate for last five minutes of class activities.
Advanced Class II (Class type: AC-II)
Ages 5 and 6, without adults
Children aged 5 to 6 who have completed previous semesters of Music Together will enjoy mastering their musical skills through dance, singing instrument play, and elementary introduction to the keyboard. Adults are encouraged to participate for last five minutes of class activities.
