Music Together classes are offered in South Arlington at the Fairlington Community Center . Located one mile from the Quaker Lane exit of 395, Fairlington is convenient to both Arlington and Alexandria residents.

Due to construction project, the Fairlington Community Center will be closed until further notice. We plan to restart Music Together classes in Fairilington in the future.

Part of Arlington County’s Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Resources, the Langston Brown Community Center is located on Lee Highway and the corner of Cameron Street, near the Heidelberg Pastry Shoppe. Music Together classes meeting at the Langston Brown Community Center take place in the dance studio, which is located across from the fitness room on the second floor. An elevator is available.

Summer 2008 Tuition

Children participating in nannyshares must register separately. Infants six months and younger pay no fee when attending with a registered sibling.

Activity fee includes two professionally recorded CDs of the semester's songs, rhythm chants, and play along music; a new songbook with illustrations and activities; and Music and Your Child: A Guide for Parents and Caregivers, a book designed to educate parents about music in their children's lives. An exciting new collection of songs is presented each semester!

A $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Part of Arlington County’s Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Resources, Lubber Run Community Center is located directly off George Mason Drive between Wilson Boulevard and Arlington Boulevard (Route 50). Music Together classes meeting at the Lubber Run Community Center take place in room 202, located on the second floor. No elevator is available. Strollers may be left in the lobby area on the first floor.

Part of Arlington County’s Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Resources, the newly rennovated Walter Reed Community Center is located at the corner of South Walter Reed Drive and S. 16th Street. Music Together classes take place in thefitness room, located down the hallway to the right of the reception desk.

Walker Chapel United Methodist Church

Walker Chapel is located one mile from the Chain Bridge, serving the North Arlington community. Music Together classes meeting at Walker Chapel take place in the Lounge, which is located at the end of the hall from the main door off the parking lot.

Summer 2008 Tuition

Eight 45-minute lessons: $170 for the first child, $135 for each additional child from the same family, payable to Little Steps Music, LLC.

Tuition includes a beautifully illustrated songbook, parent education materials, and two preofesionally recorded compact discs of all the songs presented in class throughout the session- a different collection each semester!

General Registration begins Monday, June 16.

To register, please download a registration form, print it, and fill it out completely. Mail or hand deliver it in with your complete tuition payment, made payable to Little Steps Music, LLC to:

Information on the registration form will not be shared with third parties.

Refund Policy

If a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, a 100% refund will be given. If a registrant withdraws from a class prior to the first class meeting, a 75% refund will be given. No refunds are given after the first class meeting for any reason. Pro-rated fees are not available.
